Francesco Angelillo
General Manager - Owner

Director of Operations, our engineer of creativity, graduated from the “Antonio Pacinotti Industrial and Technical Institute” with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His long-standing passion for food and the creative arts enticed him to pursue a career in the culinary world. He cultivated his skills quickly and became assistant manager and restaurant manager in various fine dining institutions in both Italy and China. Managing day-to-day operations of multiple venues while mentoring employees, establishing relationships with vendors and guests, assisted him when he decided to draw on his Italian heritage and design and engineering authentic Italian footwear. He has invested the last decade as a product engineer for Genesco Inc, a Nashville-based specialty brand retailer. Francesco is now ready to be chief of a new business venture and reopen the door to his first love, the culinary arts.

Marco Sedda
Chef - Owner

Our Executive Chef, trained at the “Aurelio Saffi Culinary Institute of Florence” and resided at several top restaurants across Italy before moving to United States. He worked alongside renowned chefs in New York City before spearheading the opening of Giovanni, a fine dining restaurant in midtown Nashville. Marco spent years in Australia learning food influences from various Asiatic countries and develop a career in Food & Beverage Management in Southern California for almost a decade. He has gained experience working within various operations from family owned restaurants to corporate settings. Marco is now ready to bring his skills back to Nashville and begin a new entrepreneurship.
